Children from years one to six follow the National Curriculum for the subjects of Science, Art & Design, History, Geography and Design Technology. Work is covered thematically in topics, and links are made to English and Mathematics throughout. Staff believe that children learn best when they are engaged and interested. Therefore, wherever possible, real-life experiences/visiting speakers/educational visits are arranged to inspire the children and make the learning more real for them.
