It is an expectation that all pupils at Exeter a learning community wear the correct coloured school uniform as listed below. The Governors recommend that all children should wear simple and inexpensive school uniform and clothing:

• Royal blue jumper or cardigan
• White, red or blue blouse or polo shirt
• Grey pinafore dress, skirt, culottes or trousers
• Black shoes
• Blue gingham dress

Academy dress with logo is available for purchase from the office, via 'Nationwide School Uniform'.  An order form can also be found at the bottom of this page. Non-logo uniform can be brought in most clothing shops / supermarkets.

Physical Education

Children will take part in indoor and outdoor sessions of P.E. All children should have a P.E. kit comprising of:

• Plain red or school logo'ed T-shirt
• Plain black shorts
• Plimsolls / trainers (for outdoor use)

We ask that children come to school in their P.E. kit  on their P.E. days.

P.E. sessions take place outdoors even in cold weather. During these times we ask if you would also include a pair of tracksuit or jogging trousers and a jumper.

During the Autumn term, all Year 5 children require a swimming costume, hat and towel. Hats may be purchased from school, price £1.00. Swimming lessons are on a Tuesday.

No jewellery of any sort may be worn during any P.E. session.

All items of clothing and bags should be clearly labelled with your child’s name to enable us to return them quickly and easily to their rightful owner, should they be mislayed. A lost property area can be found at the main office.

We do not allow children to wear jewellery to school except for small studs which must be able to be removed for P.E.
